“While we had made changes to the website, they were mostly based on gut feel or what we liked on other sites… but it was tough to know whether anything was working because we weren’t testing variations or basing our decisions on data. It was frustrating to feel that we might be losing hard-won prospects, so we decided to look for someone to help us.
