“My name’s Edd Dawson. I’m the Managing Director of Broadband.co.uk Limited. We’re a broadband price comparison and information website. We’ve been going since 2004, so we were one of the earliest price comparison sites. Website conversion is important to us for two reasons, obviously sales being one. Sales means income. Also conversion means we’re actually providing the service that our site users want. If we don’t convert people, then it means we’re not providing the service that they want.
