A short video interview in which Sean describes his experience working with us
A transcript of the video
“CRE is the first group that I said, ‘Wow! I can learn something from these guys.’ They know conversion rate optimization better than probably anybody out there. And conversion rate optimization is one of the things that is most likely to pay for itself. From all the marketing dollars that you can spend, you’ll get, generally, the best return on investment.
“And spending it with Conversion Rate Experts is probably the safest bet that you can make in terms of actually driving improvements and maximizing your conversion rates.

“Hi, I’m Sean Ellis. I’m the founder and CEO of Qualaroo. Qualaroo is essentially a little survey that sits in the corner of websites and allows users to give feedback about what they’re trying to do on a website, and what’s preventing them from doing that.
“Conversion rate optimization is something I’ve been doing for over 10 years, and I’ve done it with companies like Dropbox, Eventbrite, and LogMeIn, and it’s really one of my secret weapons of being able to grow big companies.

“CRE takes conversion rate optimization and looks at both the overall process for driving better results, and all the tools for being able to facilitate that process.
“When I watch how they use Qualaroo, I’m impressed. I learn from them. You would think if it’s my own company, and my own tool, that I would be the world’s best expert on using it. I was not even close to how effective Conversion Rate Experts is. They’ve used it in ways that I haven’t seen any of our other customers use it, and that’s just one of their tools. They understand all the other tools that are out there.

“What makes Conversion Rate Experts special is that they have a pretty broad network of consultants that are doing conversion rate optimization around the whole world, and because they’re an extended network of experts and communicate their learnings, every test they do is learning. Every client they work on, they’re getting smarter, so they have very sophisticated processes, and those processes continue to evolve and get better.

“My recommendation, if somebody asked me if they should use Conversion Rate Experts, would be absolutely. They are, by far, the most advanced group in conversion rate optimization that I’ve ever worked with.
“They have a client that I worked on previously and saw good improvements. Not too long afterwards, Conversion Rate Experts came in and had a massive increase on the work that I had already done. So I know that they are very good at what they do because they out performed me.”
