“So, that’s massively significant for our business, and it’s definitely driving a lot of revenue because of that.

“My name is Chirag Ahuja. I lead the Marketing team at WorkflowMax. WorkflowMax is an all-in-one time/job management software which takes you all the way from leads, to codes, to time tracking, to invoicing. It’s a product for service businesses and it’s used by over 8,000 customers around the world.

“Traffic is very important, but at the same time, you need to convert them. If you are not doing that, there is no point in doing all sorts of effort you’re putting into marketing and the thousands of dollars you’re spending.

“Before starting using CRE, we were trying to figure out how do we actually improve our conversion rates, specifically from our unique visitors to trials. And what we found out was that we were generating a whole bunch of traffic to the website, with all of our amazing inbound and content and organic search efforts, but we were not able to convert them very well, as much as we would like to.
